Day 4: Adventure & Views

Morning: Start your day with a yoga class at nearby Studio Thirty-A or the Yoga Bar 30A settle into your zen for the day. After you've worked up an appetite, head to Sunrise Coffee for coffee at Gulf Place and explore the artist colony or stay in Blue Mountain Beach and visit the juice bar at For the Health of It to choose from juices and smoothies made from fresh fruits and vegetables for an energy boost.

Afternoon: Head over to Grayton Beach State Park and experience one of the area's natural coastal treasures. Situated along Western Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, the park offers opportunities to hike 4 miles of trails that traverse the coastal forest where scrub oaks and magnolias are bent and twisted by salt winds.the trail through the sand dues. Western Lake offers fishing and paddling opportunities and the park also offers direct access to the beach. 

Dinner: In Blue Mountain Beach, Mimmo's Italian Restaurante is a local favorite. Upon entering the building, guests are struck by the cozy interior that unites old world dining hall with American modern farmhouse.
