Sanctuary at Redfish - Post Isaias Update

Update 10/12/26: Sanctuary at Redfish has regained power, and elevators are operational. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties management office is open, however, phones remain down.

Trees, power lines and traffic lights are down, and drivers are asked to use caution.

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance, you may make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options.

If you are scheduled to arrive today, our office will be contacting you regarding your vacation rental stay. Now that power has been restored, we want you to come and enjoy your stay.

Please keep in mind that the 30A area is handling clean-up and recovery. Property pools are still closed and being cleaned due to debris. Beach service has been suspended and the beach still has storm debris. The pontoon boat and dock experienced some damage, therefore, guests and owners may access the beach via the private beach access next to Sanctuary by the Sea where trees have been cut, clearing a path.

Beachgoers are encouraged to heed beach warning flags. Red flags continue to fly along our beaches, advising beachgoers that the water may have debris and potential for post-storm rip currents. Check current beach flag conditions here.

Our visitors are able to swim in Big Redfish Lake but are encouraged to use caution due to storm debris. Blue Mountain Beach public beach access is closed and the flag pole is down.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon!
