Set on the first floor of the western end, 1102 boasts many high-end upgrades like an open kitchen with shiny granite counters and sleek stainless-steel appliances; travertine and hardwood floors throughout and a laundry room. The master bedroom is a retreat all of its own thanks to its glass doors that open to the balcony over the dune forest, a king bed and a bathroom that HGTV would gladly feature due to its giant whirlpool tub and glass walk-in shower. While Sanctuary at Redfish is known for its natural appeal, 1102 balances nature with some fantastic man-made extras including wall-mounted flat screens in each room, a finely furnished balcony and a half-bath off the main gathering area- an excellent combination for entertaining beach ‘bums’ that like a little luxury!
Moreover, there are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends four tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit and four grills with the untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. Take a seasonal ferry ride across the dune lake to the shores of the Gulf where every day is an adventure! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates a bike path leads you to boutiques, an ice cream shop and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.  Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
