The caring owners have crafted a unique setting with coastal themed colors and artwork, comfortable furnishings and all the extras needed to feel at home. Cooking will be pure pleasure in the large kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and sleep will be blissful in the comfy bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a coastal flare and the primary suite in particular shines thanks to its giant ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub, balcony access with Lake and Gulf views.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
