Sanctuary at Redfish is truly a magnificent gem situated on 14 beautiful acres along Scenic Highway 30A. Set amidst a nature preserve and overlooking a rare coastal dune lake, Sanctuary at Redfish offers the best of both worlds—a serene lake framed by lush greenery and the endless horizon of the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living. Whether you're watching the boats drift across the lake or feeling the salty breeze from the Gulf, every moment here is pure relaxation.

Sanctuary at Redfish has a large beautifully landscaped pool area with 4 swimming pools and two hot tubs. The large swimming pool has zero depth entry at the west end. The three smaller pools are great for families and small children. There are two hot tubs bordering the large swimming pool and the pool complex is beautifully landscaped and lighted at night. At the back of the pool complex just past the Fire-pit are 5 Weber Gas Grills which are well maintained.

Sanctuary at Redfish is located on Big RedFish Lake - a rare coastal dune lake on Highway 30A. A seasonal shuttle will take you across the lake to the beautiful white-sand beaches where your complimentary seasonal beach chairs await. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Rules to be aware of when using the boat shuttle
- No rolling cars allowed
- No tents or canopies
- Coolers are allowed but please be mindful of limited space and use caution when loading and unloading
- The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
