Sanctuary at Redfish 3108 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey!

This property exudes absolute serenity with updated luxury. The combination of breathtaking panoramic gulf views, newly modernized accommodations, and easy beach access make Sanctuary at Redfish 3108 a hidden gem south of 30A. The double balconies that look past the lush vegetation on the property out to Big Redfish Lake and the emerald hue waters of the Gulf beyond; the warm interior replete with gold hardware; the Florida sun shining through the sliding glass doors on both levels - it’s Golden hour every hour at 3108.
The detail-oriented traveler will appreciate the many architectural features of 3108 including ten-foot ceilings with inset trays and curved walls that meet real hardwood and travertine floors on the first level. The completely outfitted kitchen, also on the first level, boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Finally, each of the four ensuite bedrooms (two of which are primary suites with luxury bathrooms and balcony access) shines with modern coastal décor and designer furnishings. The second level penthouse suite encompasses the entire floor, and its completely private balcony makes it an ideal getaway for multiple families.
Possibly the shiniest facet though is the sprawling pool deck tucked in along Big Redfish Lake. Fountains, palm trees and multiple pool and spas create an absolute oasis. For a unique experience take the seasonal ferry to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

We do not rent to under 25. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. No Pets.

We loved our time at 3108! We came with our entire family, this was a perfect set-up for us. We enjoyed the beach, boat rides, pools and the watching the deer. Five Stars!!!!! Sanctuary at Redfish 3108 was like a little slice of heaven! From the cleanliness and comfort of our own suite to the amazing sunsets on the balcony, our trip couldn’t be more memorable. The perfect condo for a few OR many; an awesome kitchen for entertaining and feeding a crowd! Heated pool for morning laps, and hot tubs for evening rejuvenation. Can’t wait to return to this gorgeous unit, especially when the pontoon takes us to the private beach with includes chairs and umbrella! Lois K
